Dear Host Family, I’m Jerrylin Padigos 28 years old, single from Philippines. I’m a Domestic Helper in Kuwait for two years. As a domestic helper I managed to work all the house chores and taking elderly and especially childcare. Before I apply in Kuwait I used to be a working student in night time and as a nanny at day time to a family of five to their new born youngest child until she reach the age of five. Taking care of kids is not easy but it’s enjoyable and helpful to gain me more energy. I really love children as I used to it in my entire life as an eldest sister to my siblings whom I’m the one who take good care of them and look after them as when my parents was not always around at home because they need to work to provide our family needs. And it’s more enjoyable because there’s a lot of kids in our island where we used to live. I’m a flexible person as I can managed a stressful situation. Work has no problem with me as long as I love doing it all the time. During my free time I love to cook and I practiced the Arabic food to cook in Kuwait and this time I would love to learn to cook the European food. I love singing, dancing and swimming because I grow up in an island where most of the people there know how to swim. But what will I do the most is to play with the kids because they are all special I love to play balls with them. And I like to take care of pets because they are lovely and I have pets also.
