CHABELITA, 24 JAHRE

I’m Chabelita Jimenez Laxamana 19 years old from Philippines. I’m a caregiver by profession and heart, I really love caring for people specially kids. I’m a jolly and positive girl, I love playing and interacting with kids, because I’am the big sister of our family. I love traveling and discovering new places, I really love listening to music, watching movies and reading some books. I also enjoy having conversation with different people because I believe that everyday life is a continuous process of learning.
I have experienced taking care of kids when I’m still studying at SPI we had an On the Job Training on Cabanatuan Child Minding Center, were they accept a 0-2 years old child. I have also experienced taking care of my youngest cousins when they are young.
I ‘am currently working as a caregiver of Mr. Atty. Cesar Nalundasan the husband of Mrs. Josefina Nalundasan. I do morning care (bathing the patient, changing gowns and linens, tracheostomy care, perineal care, changing diapers and wound dressing), changing the oxygen tanks, feeding the patient through NGT and monitoring vital signs, making sure that the patient is in a safe environment and clean surroundings.
I want to become an Au Pair because I don’t just want to learn the culture I also want to experience it on hand and interact with different people, there is also a saying that “experience is the best teacher in life”.
