SHIELA, 23 JAHRE

Dear future host family.My name is Shiela Valdez and i'm 22 years old. Currently living in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. I finished my highschool in San Juan National High School being an honor student and working student at the same time, and currently graduating college student with a degree course of Bachelor of Science in Criminology at the University of Northern Philippines. i'm very happy you are looking through it! i'm very optimistic, cheerful and active person, hardworking, trustworthy, flexible, open minded and independent.It would be a pleasure for me to become your children's friend and to play with them!i'd really like to become your family member, play with children, teach them and at the same time to learn new things about your country and its culture. I’m searching for a family who would be happy to host me and who will show me its country history and culture. About me I have the background of taking care of child here in Philippines, i get to take care of a 2 years old young boy, 3 years old girl, and two 8 years old girl. With two different family host. Their native language is Ilokano but we used Tagalog or English to communicate. I lived in a family and worked with two kids When I first arrived they were 2 years old baby boy and 8 years old girl. I spent all day with them, I played with them, fed, changed diapers, walked in the park, put to bed a few times a day, I teach them songs like the alphabet, twinkle little stars and so on. I really love children and spending time with them brings me joy. I’m very organized person who likes to plan everything. i’m active dont smoke, I don’t drink alcohol and do sports. I like jogging, I love to play sepak takraw and I am a good swimmer since because in our province we usually go to lake for bonding. I also like self education, I have an interest to get to know the foreign languages like German, Dutch, Spanish and Korean during my spare time. I am a fast learner and very please to learn new things with the help of others. I’m very independent and flexible. I always live apart with my family because at a very young age I had to move to my relatives who can finance my study and in return ill help them out. It won’t be hard for me to move to another country and get along with new people and also to live in a new house. I have experience with children of different ages. I can get along with all children. For my 22 years of existence I was always looking after for somebody that’s why it now very normal from me to take care of others. i’m sociable and responsive, get along with people very well I’m very calm, open-minded and very understanding Law abiding citizen Since I always dream to become public servant someday, I always bare in mind that Law comes first and I always choose the right path rather than the wrong one. im very accurate and hard-working. I was independent when I was 8 years old were my responsibilities is to look after my siblings, collecting woods at the mountains, cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner for my family and relatives and sending them to school, just a walking distance. I was always very responsible for every step I made and everything I was entrusted since childhood. Why I want to become an au-pair? It is a very good chance to make a step way out of my comfort zone and it would be the best opportunity I could ever have and travelling is the bunos. It will be a dream come true for me since life here in the philippines is very hard. I want to earn money on my own and exchange sacrifices of my parents. If you ever choose me I promise that i will take care of you and your children and I will treat you as my second family. Learn new thing and willing to gain more knowledge. I will make sure not to ruin the Opportunity that given to me. I want to be the best version of myself and take every challenges for me to be out of my comfort zone.
