My name is Drew and I'm a 20 year old (female) writer from the Philippines. I currently live outside of Manila. Last year, I graduated from university with a degree in communication arts and plan to be a writer someday.

I grew up with 3 siblings. I was mostly raised my grandmother. Through her, I have learned how to do basic household chores, cook, and even bake. Since I am the eldest, I am responsible for looking after my siblings (although they can take care of themselves now) and their studies. Similarly, I have childcare experience through my younger cousins. Since they were born, I have regularly taken care of them by bathing, feeding, and taking them for walks outside.

My first language is Filipino, although I am fluent in English. I would love to learn Dutch as a third language. I have already been self-studying but a cultural immersion would be very helpful. It would also allow me to know better about Dutch culture and society beyond of what I have read in travel books or online sources.

When it comes to hobbies, I enjoy simple activities such as reading, watching movies, going for walks, and visiting museums. I also greatly enjoy writing. I have written for our school newspaper during my high school years. Someday, I hope to travel further and pursue teaching.
