My name is Sylvia Gambican, I am single, no own kid. My father is a farmer and pastor at the same time. My mother is a plain housewife. I have 7 siblings.

I am currently employed as all around house maid, babysitter and a second job as american representative . My responsibilities here includes: preparing breakfast, waking the children, dressing them, bathing and playing with them, preparing snacks for them, keeping the children engaged and active, making the family´s beds and organizing their rooms, cleaning the home (dusting, vacuuming, mopping) and keeping it tidy, organizing the playroom once playtime is over, doing all the laundry, helping in the kitchen, cleaning up the kitchen after the family eat. Stay at home while the child is ill or in holidays. I am taking care 1 boy 2 years old and I girl 4 years old.

Cooking is one of my favorite stuff and I love to experiment and try new recipes. I always look after any recipes in magazines and articles and try to do that. Here are example of the Filipino dishes that I know how to cook: Adobo (Marinated Chicken or Pork), Chicken Tinola, Pinakbet (mixed vegetables), Pork and vegetables in tamarind broth, Chicken Curry, Macaroni Soup, Spaghetti, Pansit Bihon (rice noodles with vegetables, chicken and shrimp), Pork Menudo, Kaldereta, Beef steak, Beef Stew, Pinapaitang Kambing (goat innards stew) and many more.

I love working with children and I love hanging around with them. I am experienced in childcare and capable of running a household. I am someone who can see if something needs doing and just does it, I am also responsible, flexible, and ready to integrate in your family with new customs and habits.
