My expectation will be Based on the Au pair Rights and Policy within the country that I am going to work with.
I have all the 11 Qualities of a Good Au Pair
1. Punctual
I can bring kids to school or any other jobs that should be done by certain time. i am organised and prepared.
2. Responsible
Host families are looking for mature and responsible au-pair to keep their kids safe and sound. That is me.
3. Creative
I am creative and come up with new games or craft projects for kids. Kids will love to be entertained by creative activities and they will learn a lot from me, more specially Bible stories a good character and traits that they might acquire.
4. Flexible
flexible in everything, Such as my schedule, plan or whatever you have in mind because i will never expect what happen next especially with kids.
5. Multilingual – or have at least the basics !
will be able to have basic conversation with my host family. Many families hosted previous au pairs and know how difficult it can be to speak another language. i will never be shy and be afraid to make a mistake! i will study there language so that i can cope in
6. Lovable
Expect me bubbly and lovable person im the one who can bring out happy vibe, kids want to play with me all the time.
7. Respectful
Be polite and confident. As you show respect for your host family, they will respect you as a part of their new family member.
8. Initiative
Host families don’t want to tell you to do every little thing. So make a decision and i take an action, if it is right thing to do. They will be appreciated your hard work.
9. Adventurous
This is great opportunity to experience different culture so don’t hesitate to meet people and try new food. Indeed
10. Communicative
very important to communicate and understand kids on their level. Also always share my thoughts and concern about kids or my work with host family.
11. Adaptable
Being adaptable and open-minded makes me learn and understand new circumstances easier and faster.

As a nanny, I have years of experience caring for children ages from Toddler to Junior. In my previous role as daytime nanny to 2 children, I learned how difficult it can be to manage the varying needs of children in diverse stages of development. I honed the ability to care for each child individually.
During weekends i used to volunteer to a kiddie Bible school as a teacher we handle kids ages 3-13 years old, paying close attention to the needs of the group,i used to take care and look after kid's safety while teaching them things about the Bible, seeing them alive during discussion and learning is uniquely rewarding experience I’ll always remember.
