Dear Family,

Good day! I am looking for a nice family in Denmark to welcome as their Aupair.

My name is Trina, I am 24 years, speaks good English and a Filipina. I wish to become an au pair because i love to take care of children and because i also wish to travel and experience foreign culture. I finished college with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I took it because i love to do housekeeping, cooking and i hope that one day i will get to travel abroad and use my skills.

I had undergone intensive training and education in Housekeeping and Commercial Cooking. My training on cooking has added my knowledge on preparing meat, stocks, sauces and soups, including appetizers, salads and sandwiches. Included also are the preparation and handling of vegetables, fruits, eggs and starchy products, and also hot and cold desserts, pastries and cakes. The training also included cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen premises. During my on-the-job training, i worked under the department of Housekeeping in a Hotel, in the Kitchen as a staff, cooking and preparing food and was also assigned in the Banquet area as a trainee. After college, i worked as a housekeeper/room attendant in a Hotel for 1 year, other previous contractual jobs were working as Cashier and as a Liason for a Cultural Dance and Music organization .

My friends and family described me as a kind-hearted girl, sweet, friendly, loyal, charming, independent and adventurous person. I am the kind of person who will respect and be loyal to your family. My friends like me because i am friendly and cheerful and I love laughing with them. I also listen and find ways to extend help to people close to me. I am also a hard worker, I believe in myself, I have the ability to cope with failures and any difficult situations, and to learn from my mistakes.

With regards to work my work ethics, I am passionate, dependable, hardworking and see to it that my work is well done and always completed on time. I am flexible with my time so if you have any emergency, i am fully capable to take care of the children on a short notice and watch the house.

I am confident that i would be a great aupair for your family. Because I love children, i always find it enjoyable to spend time with them, children are just so energetic and lovable. They can talk to me about anything and spend time with me anytime. I can help my host family with the daily housekeeping, keep everything dust-free and tidy, do some cooking and baking too. I can honestly say that I am a very good housekeeper and a very good cook. I hope to share my skills with your family and hoping that you will enjoy it.

With regards to child care, as the eldest of 5 siblings, my mother has given me the responsibility of helping her with my siblings especially those 2 who are youngest and the one suffering with Asthma. I help my siblings with their school lessons, i prepare their lunch boxes and dinner, i take my youngest sibling with me around the city and take them to their extra curricular activities. I am basically their main guardian whenever my mother is not around.
