SHIELA MONICA, 35 JAHRE

Mabuhay! I'm Shiela Monica, 26 years old, from the Philippines. Anywhere I am, I seem to always surprise people. For wherever you put me or make me do, I am able to do it - even beyond expectations. FLEXIBILITY, INITIATIVE & PATIENCE. These are my strengths. And I really love playing with kids and spending time with the family. My father has 8 siblings and my mother 5, so I've got a lot of young cousins and nieces&nephews to have fun with! ~Talk about a "huge" family.

This maybe has influenced me to take up Nursing and later pursue Teaching. I really want to be there for someone, to listen to them when something's bothering them, to take care of them when they are not feeling well, and to help them in anyway; may it be just as simple as cooking dinner, gardening, making school projects, answering History home works, or buying diapers.

During my "me" time, I read a lot, sing and play my guitar. I enjoy going out for a walk and simply delighting in the beauty of nature.
I also love hanging out with my friends most of whom are also fun-loving, loyal, adventurous, curious, committed and independent like me.

Becoming an au pair would definitely be an extraordinary privilege for me to step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself, let myself see the world and grow. And I certainly want to share my passions and abilities with my future host family!
