I have an experienced to taken care an infant and a toddlers aged 9 months old, 2 years old, 4 years old and 10 years old. My duties including preparing their milk for the infant and meals for the toddlers, preparing to take them a bath, taking them to outdoor activities, playing them with their toys, helping my 10 years old youngest sister on her assignments and some projects at school. I also joined them watching educational videos on youtube to help them engaged and teach my nieces our culture and learn our native language. I am patient yet firm when it comes to setting boundaries and enforcing rules, at the same time, I believe in positive reinforcement techniques such as praise of rewards when children behave well or accomplish something new. My goal is always to encourage kids to reach their full potential while providing a safe and nurturing environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves.
