The demand of CAREGIVER job in your country will undoubtedly necessitate the creation of new positions for caregivers to take charge of additional responsibilities in school or at home. Should this opportunity arise, please consider me an applicant for the position.

I completed the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Science degree from Philippine Normal University year 2002. Right after graduation, I was fortunate enough to be hired as a grade school/ SPED teacher for almost 13 school years. I met the challenges with success because I enjoyed my work.

I believed that Teaching and care giving for me is a same vocation, because being a special education teacher I was tasks to handle the academic needs and basic needs of every clienteles. I also want to impart my knowledge and my culture for those families that willingly like my service.

I handled tutorial sessions for remedial purposes for those students who are in need for enrichment. I gained experiences that spurned me to decide on making the teaching/nursing profession as my lifeblood.

I also tasked to handle those students who are mentally handicap for the mainstreaming program of my school. It has given me an idea to take up my Master Studies in Special Education specialized in teaching the Intellectually Handicap at Philippine Normal University.

Previously I was connected in Don Bosco Foundation as classroom teacher and head nanny for those students live in the foundation. Don Bosco is a street village for street children and those kids that are less fortunate. Many of my students suffer from behavior disorder because of their past experiences while in the streets before. Thus, we are not only teaching them but also indulge into caring and healing of the street kids.
