Dearest host family,

I am Stephanie Ann Espares, 25 years of age. Filipino nationality. I have been an au pair in Denmark for 1 year at Hinnerup with a Danish family. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Social Work in the Philippines.

I am a happy person who loves to cook and spend time with children. I know all housework and loves to take care of animals specially dogs. I love also to do gardening. I am not really a party person but I also went out to mingle with my friends when I feel lonely or home sick, but when it comes to work I really do it seriously so that my boss would be satisfy and happy. I live with the family compose of three persons, mother, father and their only child at the age of 3. I do the house chores like cooking, cleaning, doing laundry and Ironing. I took care of their son, their dog, and their fish. I do gardening and I like to plant vegetable and flowers during summer.

I’ve been a working student/nanny in my own country for two years to support my education. I had been working with children in an orphanage as my on the job training during my college days. After I graduated in college, I work as cashier in a Pawnshop. After six months of experience as cashier, I have decided to work in a Drug Rehabilitation Center in line with my profession. I took my licensure examination and pass. After two years of experience, I transfer in a private hospital near our town and work as a Medical Social worker and Medical records clerk until I decided to apply as an au pair here in Denmark.
