VALERIA, 23 JAHRE

Dear family My name is Valeria, I'm 23 years old and I currently live in Bogotá (Colombia). I will describe myself as an independent, responsible, hard-working, and honest woman, who loves to spend time with children. I want to be an Au Pair because I have always liked working and spending time with children. Furthermore, I see it as a good opportunity to combine my ambitions to improve my personal and professional profile, learn new cultures, improve and learn languages. At the same time continue searching for my future dream. Experience with kids: When I was studying in high school, I did my social service at the school, where the main purpose was to contribute to the student's activities and interaction with the preschool and primary school boys and girls, carrying out recreational-leisure activities, taking care of the students, and supporting them to the teachers. Along the way, I discovered that I had an enormous interest and ability to surround myself with children and young people. This later led me to do voluntary work as a substitute and dance teacher, where I taught the children to believe more in themselves and give them more self-esteem and joy in their lives. From all my experience with children, I discovered that I like to spend time with them, I also learned to be patient with them, to be kind, and to help them when they don't understand something. A little bit about me: In 2023 I had the great fortune to visit different countries in Europe, including Denmark for more than 2 months. During my time in this Nordic country, I explored many social and cultural perspectives as hygge. Now my biggest dream is to be able to live in Denmark and at the same time complete a master's degree at SDU (University of Southern Denmark) in Odense. It would be an honor for me to be able to share this intercultural experience with you.
