Dear host family, I am Quinter Amondi Otieno 27 years old female from Nairobi Kenya. I would therefore love to become your au pair because I love children and enjoy spending time with them, I am prepared and aware of the fact that being like a big sister for your children comes along with responsibilities for them and it will not always be just play and fun. I take pleasure in simple things in life. I enjoy reading novels, watching movies and documentaries mostly about innovations, listening to music and swimming. I always wanted to be an au pair because au pair is a cultural exchange and I would like to know more about your country, it's people and experience its culture. After my au pair program, I would like to continue with my studies in hospitality and management that I believe would lead to a much better career for me in future. I am an honest, hardworking and reliable person with a humorous experience in childcare and House- keeping activities Like cooking, cleaning, laundry and ironing, shopping, preparing the kids for school and many other house chores. I come from a Kenyan family of 6, my wonderful parents and 2 lovely sisters plus 1 fantastic niece. My beautiful mother is a salonist and businesswoman and my father is a nurse in a nearby governmental hospital. During my free time and holidays, I joined various groups that were initiated to be visiting childrens' homes, creating awareness and helping the less privileged households and this makes me loves and cares more for kids that at the moment I am a Sunday school teacher in our church.
