Dear Host Family, I’m very excited about getting to know you, but firstly I want to introduce myself to you and hopefully to make your decision easier…. I’m Esther a 24 years old charming lady living in Nairobi, Kenya . I was born and raised in a family of 6 , mum , my late dad , 2 sisters and 1 brother. Last year may 2021, I finished my degree course Bachelor of Science in Food science and Nutrition with the financial support of my mother and bursaries from my county government . I was in high school when I started dreaming going abroad but now with your help, this dream could be come true. I’m happy that my family is supporting me about this plan of going abroad as au pair because of the many opportunities already there. I would describe myself as caring, loving, friendly, trustworthy, helpful and positive girl. I’m a person with a strong-will and determination. In my spare time, I love reading novels, watching movies, surfing in internet and meeting my friends. I also adventure and journalling . The reason why I want to be an au pair is to gather valuable memories living with a new family in a foreign country, to see your children grow and learn, meeting new people and new friend and experience the way of life of different culture. It would be great experience for me to share my life with your family become more independent and have a self-confident and spending time with you and your kids. Especially to earn money so that I can also help my family. Experience working with children: I started taking care of my siblings early enough since our second,third and fourth were born , now all of them are all grown, 22 , 19 and 17 years respectively. After my degree I also moved in to live with my close friend where I helped her take care of her son as she undertook her studies and also her final year exam the boy is 2 years now almost joining school . For both of the seasons I used to cook, clean, help the kids to sleep, see them to school , play with them , and also help with school work .
