MARGARET, 30 JAHRE

My name is Margaret, a single 28 year old Kenyan currently working with my host family in zierikzee, Netherlands. I help in taking care of 3 children of age 4 years and twins turning 2 years soon. I also have 2years of child care experience in Qatar where I was before moving to this country. I was taking care of a 2years old boy whom I found when he was 7months. Everyday we play, read stories, sing together with the toddler, go outside for walk or outdoor activities, coloring and sometimes learn swahili. . My love for the children motivates me to pursue my goal of being a kindergarten teacher in the future years. I am good in performing light household duties for example, general cleaning, laundry, cooking. Therefore having all the experience it will not be difficult to get into the tasks. Iam looking for a new adventure as my current contract will end first week of September 2022. Iam considering another chance of being an aupair because I have not yet met my goals which is to fund my education when I go back to my country. The Au pair experience would be helping get closer to achieving that, while challenging myself to learn a different language and culture in the process. I am a kind trustworthy, patient and fun person. I am dedicated and responsible person who enjoys being around kids and people in general. I come from a family of five and being the eldest, it came natural to me to ensure my siblings are comfortable. I have a few friends back in Kenya and here in Netherlands , but am excited for another adventure, thus why am searching for a new host family. I want to challenge myself and learn a new language and culture to see how the world works. My hobbies include singing, learning new things from the university of Google. In the future, I hope to be able to study to become a teacher and help children through their early stage of development.
