ALICE, 30 JAHRE

Dear Future Host family,
I hope this message finds you and your family well amid the global health pandemic. Just to tell you a little about myself. My name is Alice Brenda, a 26-year-old Kenyan fluent in English, Swahili and with basic knowledge of Spanish and currently living in Nairobi.
I am a loving, caring, trustworthy and initiative person usually with ease to blend in a new environment and new people. I have 2 years of child care experience babysitting my nieces & nephews, neighbors and friends children. During this time I have changed baby diapers, took children to play with their mates on the play ground , birthday parties and feeding them.
At the moment with the on-going health pandemic, I have free time and I am left taking care of my nieces and nephews while their parents go to work. We have been playing, completing some school exercises, painting and reading books to make sure they don't forget about school.
I am aspiring to be an AuPair because the program gives me an opportunity to learn a new language, culture while I spend adequate time with children helping them with their day to day activities. Growing up with my younger brother helped me develop automatic care instincts and because of this I know I can successfully fulfil my duties and blend in well in your family.
My long term goal is to be a part a community initiative whose primary work is with children and their development.
When I am not looking after children, I am listening to music, going for a swim with friends, cooking, doing some cleaning around the house or just taking a walk.
