VIONA, 21 JAHRE

My name is Viona Wanjira, a 20-year-old from the lively city of Nairobi, Kenya. Fun fact: I have a twin sister—so I’m already a pro at sharing space, food, and secrets (which I promise not to spill at the dinner table 😄). I also have a brother, which means I know how to hold my own in friendly sibling competitions. I would describe myself as hardworking, reliable, and flexible, but children usually just call me “fun.” In 2024, I worked as a nanny for a 10-year-old girl and her 2-year-old little brother—so I learned everything from helping with homework to mastering the art of convincing toddlers that broccoli is actually delicious. In 2025, I babysat a 1-year-old boy, where I became an expert at feeding, changing, and making silly faces to win instant giggles. Alongside childcare, I can confidently handle housework, cooking, and laundry—basically, I can be your very own multitasking superhero (cape not included). I also volunteered at a daycare, teaching children how to read and write while organizing fun activities like drawing, painting, and hide-and-seek (spoiler: kids are much better at hiding than I am at seeking). I’m comfortable with pets too, so furry family members are welcome to join my cuddle list. Outside of childcare, I enjoy cycling, hiking, swimming, and having picnics—basically anything that keeps me active and smiling. I believe these hobbies also keep me patient, creative, and full of energy, which I bring into my time with children. I would love to become an au pair in the Europe because I’m excited about experiencing a new culture, supporting a family in their daily lives, and building strong bonds with children. With my childcare background, cheerful personality, and sense of responsibility, I believe I’d be a wonderful addition to your family.
