STACY, 25 JAHRE

Hello future host family, My name is Stacy Arivista am 25 years old from Kenya, East Africa. I am the first born of 3 siblings, we are a family of 4 my mom Betty , my sister Nadine and my brother Rylie. I was raised by a single mother but I have a nice relationship with my dad. I am currently a volunteer at a kindergarten as a support staff. I have also managed to involve myself in the community by volunteering to teach children on Sunday at my local church as a Sunday school teacher. I love children and I love spending time with them. I have also gained a lot of child care experience from helping raise my small brother and cousins. I love creating fun activities for children to enjoy like hide and seek, face painting, drawing and coloring. I am reliable, honest, humble, respectful and trustworthy this are the values I was raised on and I live by them. I am open minded, responsible, patient and a tidy person. This would be my first time becoming an au pair. I want to be an au pair because it will give me a chance to take care of children and give me an opportunity to learn a different way of living, learn a new language, try new foods, explore my host family's country and involve myself with their culture. Becoming an au pair will enable me to be a helping hand to a nice family with their day to day house hold routine. I would also love to share my culture, language and local food with my host family. I am a very mature person but a kid at heart. I love to make people around me happy. I love spending my time reading, cooking, riding bikes, volunteering and hiking. After my au pair year I am planning to join university and study early childhood education. It would be nice to share my experience with my future students, and teach them what I have learnt during my au pair stay abroad.
