MICHELLE, 20 JAHRE

Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my profile :) My name is Michelle Duus, and I am 19 years old. As a person, I am open, very caring, responsible, and I have a bundle of positive and energetic energy. I love being creative, with everything from drawing, painting, and hand crafting. In my spare time, I read a lot of books, listen to music, and I love going to concerts and museums. I also enjoy being with friends and family and especially playing board games and card games with them. I have two younger brothers, whom I have taking care of since they were little when my parents were at work. We, as a sibling group, have always been good at being together and taking care of each other, which has given me the experience of what a safe environment looks like for children and sibling groups. We have always played a lot together since we were little, and it is something I still find really fun. I also have experience in cooking. My dad has been a chef for many years, and he has taught me almost everything I know about food. My mom has always loved to bake, and we often bake together. I therefore have good experience in a kitchen and of course also the cleanup that goes with it. I grew up multilingual, as I grew up with a father who is German and a mother who is Danish, and when I was very young my parents spoke English together. So, I am used to hearing and speaking many languages, and therefore if you are interested in having your children learn Danish or German, I can help with that. I also have plenty of work experience already. I worked for 3 years in a supermarket, and for the past year, I have been working at a nursing home in their café. I have always loved working with people, so a job as an au pair would be perfect for me. The reason why I want to be an au pair is because I think it sounds incredibly exciting to work with taking care of children and living with a family abroad.
