LARA, 22 JAHRE

Dear future host family, I'm Lara from Germany and I'm 20 years old. I am looking for a family in the Netherlands or in Belgium who I could stay with next year for 1-2 months. I am a university student studying Spanish and Japanese and want to work as an au pair during my semester breaks. Sadly this means that I cannot stay with you for longer than 2 months. So if you are looking for a short term au pair, I would be happy to receive a message from you! :) About me: I have two younger brothers and have been an au pair in Spain before so I have experience in looking after kids. Additionally, in school I used to tutor younger students and I have completed a one week internship at a kindergarten. My hobbies include cooking and baking, reading, drawing, learning languages and occasionally playing video games. My favorite sports are rollerskating and ice skating. My native language is German and I speak fluent English (C2). I also learned French for 6 years in school and now I am studying Spanish and Japanese at university. As electives I am taking Dutch and Mandarin courses so I have basic knowledge in those languages. If you speak any of these languages at home, I would be happy to adapt and improve my language abilities with you! I love pets and taking care of them would be no problem at all for me. My family has 5 cats, but I really like dogs too. I have a first aid certificate and a drivers license. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
