FLORA, 27 JAHRE

Hi! My name is Flora, I am 22 years old and I am from Hong Kong. I am speaking cantonese, english, mandarin. I can first aid, want to take care of special children, want to take care of children under two years old, light housekeeping.

I am currently working as an English kindergarten teacher in my home country. I was an English phonics teacher and a home-schooling private tutor when I was pursuing my undergraduate degree. I also had some experiences to teach children with special needs, e.g. ADHD, hearing impairment, dyslexia. I enjoy sending time with the kids. I am friendly, reliable, caring and detailed mind. I am also an independent girl as I am the only child in my family.

I finished my bachelor degree in Child Development at the University of Hong Kong. I've been the states to study Early Childhood Education and English (UCLA), and I was a volunteer at different preschools in Los Angeles. I went to Poland as a global volunteer teaching children English at different learning centres and schools (from preschool to secondary school) as well. Those were the valuable and impressive experiences for me to broaden my horizon and I realised that I love teaching young children. I believe joining a host family is the ideal way to enhance myself, e.g. language, knowledge, cultures, relationships, personal growth etc.
