CHERICELLE, 26 JAHRE

My name is Chericelle and I am 21 years old. When most of my age are already half way through the University, I spent mine doing missionary works. I graduated Valedictorian in my class and so I have tuition exemption when I studied BS-Pharmacy in the medical school. However, after two semesters I went for missionary works and went to rural places helping the mountain people. At that time I thought their needs superseded mine.
Currently, I am living with my older brother’s family helping in managing their household. Both parents are occupied with work and the other has a fatal illness and so I am left in charge not just with the financial management of the house but also with the upbringing of the kids (my nephew and nieces). While being there seeing the realities in life intimately, it made me think that I want to make a life of my own. Hence, this idea of joining cultural exchange was created. I would like to learn and explore different places solely for the love of learning and knowing what the other side of the world is all about apart from what I have read and seen in movies.
I love playing guitar and due to missionary works I have learned some tricks in the kitchen as well. Last month, I been given a privilege to attend again a camp meeting with my parents. Due to lack of volunteer in the kitchen, I volunteered again like the past camp meetings.
