[housework] [babysitting] [already in Oslo]
I have been an au pair in Denmark for two years (2016-2018) and now I am an au pair in Oslo. It is being an amazing experience and my plan is staying for 2 years, but due to changes in the house, there won’t be room enough for me with my current host family, so we’ll have to cancel the contract before the time we expected. Now the plan is finding a host family who needs an au pair for some months in 2020. My residence permit is valid until October 2020 and I can start with a new family at any time from February 2020 on.
I really appreciate a family environment and dealing with kids. In Denmark the kids were aged 7 and 9 and here in Oslo we have a boy 2,5 years old and a new born girl.
In both countries most of my schedule was housework - and I am totally ok with that. In Oslo I cook dinner every week day. The host families trust me and I am friends with the kids, so it works well :)
I speak English fluently and I can speak a bit of danish and norwegian. (I cannot have a conversation but it is enough to communicate with the kids). I graduated in Communications and I have a good sense of humor. I like singing and watching series. I generally don't drink alcohol and don't go out to parties.
Back in Brazil I have worked in various activities, most of it producing cultural events.
I want to learn new things, different cultures, meet new people and places.
My host family is totally willing to give references about me.
