EMANUELLE, 23 JAHRE

Hello dear future host family, my name is Emanuelle, I’m 18 years old and come from São Vicente - São Paulo, Brazil. I live with my father and five siblings. Since I have started with that my dream of being au pair, they are very supportive and encourage me.
As already mentioned, I live with my father and my 5 siblings, Mateus (19 years), Jamili (16 years), Lilian (11 years), Marcos (9 years) and Isadora (5 years). I don’t live with my mother, but I see her daily and we have an incredible relationship. When Marcos born I was 9 years old so I took care his whenever they needed. I made food for him, changed diapers, played a lot, bathed him. I still do these things with my other sister Isadora and I’ve always been very patient and I give a lot of love.
I was a volunteer teacher of school reinforcement to kids from 4 to 10 years old.
In the church where I used to attend, I took care of the kids, stayed with them in the schoolhouse teaching them.
I consider myself an independent person, because I learned to do things by myself from an early age, and with that I gained experiences and I consider myself grateful.
Three curiosities about me:
1. Since I was 8 years old I cook and I can say that it is one of my passions.
2. As the town where I live is small, I ride by bike everywhere.
3. I love kids! And when it comes to them I like to be creative.
I always got along with the kids and when I heard about the au pair program and how it works I realized that it is for me. Besides, I could teach several things about my culture to kids. I know how much a kid likes attention, so help by giving a lot of love and care. I consider myself a flexible, calm, confident and creative person.
