Dear Family, I am Luiz, a 27 y.o. Brazilian currently at home after a wonderful adventure working with children on cruise ships. After working with children (and then some years working with adults haha), I chose to do what I love for a living, when I was ready to be an Au Pair! I graduated in 2015 from college in Brazil (Foreign Trade, which is similar to Intl Business, but more focused on Law and Logistics) and I always wanted to live abroad and improve the languages I started to learn. I have worked as an au pair for 4 years, caring for 14 boys and girls in total, ranging from 9 months old to 14 years old in the US, Turkey, Bulgaria and Germany. Tasks included getting the kids ready for school, changing diapers, bathing, driving the kids, cooking, doing laundry and dishes, tidying up, helping with homework etc. Before this, in Brazil, I monitored kids at birthday parties and volunteered at a camp daycare. It would be an honor the take part in your family, taking good care and having fun with your kids and learning a lot about culture and improving my languages!
