KARA, 24 JAHRE

Last year I graduated from high school and was given the opportunity to be an au-pair through a family friend. I love kids and was excited to visit Germany again. At school I gained some experience with younger children as I helped in classes and at playtime with the students. I have also been happy to help out family members with their children. I've lived in Frankfurt for the last eight months as an au-pair and have enjoyed the experience. As I really like the concept of being an au-pair and being part of a family to learn their culture I would love to stay with another family here in Germany.

During my stay I have made some very close friends here and we love to socialise when we are free. Normally my 'quiet days' consist of me doing some of my hobbies - reading, drawing and doing a little of DIY.

In June this year I had started my A1 course at Aviva Sprachschule and I am currently halfway through the course. I would love to continue that and continue to improve my German whilst teaching English (if wanted).

I absolutely love Germany, I have visited here twice before: once when I was little and my family and I traveled all around Europe, the second was a school trip where we visited lots of places but unfortunately only for a short duration.
