I am a compassionate and emphatic carer with more than 5 years of experience caring for people in their home and nursing home care , I am certified in FIRST AID, BLSC , ACLS, PALS certifications, Level 3 diploma in health and social care and standard 1 to 15 care certifications. During my career progression as a healthcare assistant and support worker, I assisted nursing staff in the delivery of patient care, complied with healthcare guidelines, policies and standards, and reported patient information and observations to plan and guide nursing care, whilst providing consistent, high-quality care to all patients, thereby achieving an Increased patient satisfaction rate of 20%, retention rate of 15%, and referral rates of 5%.
