VIRGINIAH, 26 JAHRE

Dear host family, First of all I would like to thank you that you take the time to read my letter. With this letter I would like to bring you closer to my life. I will try as best as possible to describe my life here, my wishes and dreams, family and of course myself. My name is Virginiah but all those who knows me call me Virgy. I am 25 years old and I am from Kenya. I was born in a village called Gikambura and that's where I grew up. I have 3 siblings. I am the second born. I have 2 brothers and one sister. Currently I live in my parents house. we own 2 dogs( poppy & Lex) . I love both of them very much. They are so friendly. I recently lost one pet by the name Barbara. For giving you a first impression of me I want to start telling you something about me and my personality: I would describe myself as a reliable, friendly, positive and open-minded lady who is interested in getting to know new countries and people. I love listening to music and it gives me a lot of peace of mind. I graduated in the year 2018 with a diploma in international travel & tourism/ Airline Cabin Crew. Got my attachment in different tourism companies. I now work in a restaurant as a hostess. To go abroad as an Au-Pair has been a wish of mine for several years now. Moreover, the year as an Au-Pair abroad also is some kind of a journey to find myself.Finally responsible for myself, in fact independent from the people, who mean a lot to me but who are in a way also restricting me, I want to discover the needs I have and who I really am. I’m persuaded of being able to be a good Au-Pair, because I’ve always been loving children and I had the chance to gain experiences with children in lots of different scopes. I have so many cousins aged between 2 & 11 years whereby I love spending time with me. Doing a lot of activities with them. while I was working in a tourism company we used to do a lot of charity work with an organization known as me 4 my neighbor whereby we used to engage with kids in a children's home. In conclusion, I would like to thank you very much for taking your time to get to know me better.
